Salted Dalgona Popcorn Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS

1 part Kahlúa

1 part Absolut Vodka

1 part Espresso Coffee

1 Scoop Ice

1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

0.25 Teaspoon Flaked Sea Salt

1 Tablespoon Boiling Water

Salted Caramel

Crushed Salted Popcorn

30 ml Kahlúa

30 ml Absolut Vodka

30 ml Espresso Coffee

1 Scoop Ice

1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

0.25 Teaspoon Flaked Sea Salt

1 Tablespoon Boiling Water

Salted Caramel

Crushed Salted Popcorn

1 oz Kahlúa

1 oz Absolut Vodka

1 oz Espresso Coffee

1 Scoop Ice

1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

0.25 Teaspoon Flaked Sea Salt

1 Tablespoon Boiling Water

HOW TO MAKE

For the Espresso Martini, rim a coupe glass with salted caramel and crushed salted popcorn.
Add all cocktail ingredients into a shaker and shake for 45 seconds.
Strain and pour into the prepared glass.
For the Salted Dalgona topping, blend instant coffee, maple syrup, sea salt, and boiling water until stiff peaks form.
Spoon foam onto the Espresso Martini and garnish with coffee beans and pieces of salted popcorn.

FUN FACT

Dalgona coffee originated in South Korea and was later made famous by a local actor after ordering it from a coffee shop on a TV show. The name Dalgona comes from its likeness to a type of popular Korean hard candy,
