INGREDIENTS

1 part Kahlúa coffee liqueur

1 part Skrewball peanut butter whiskey

1 part vodka (try Absolut!)

1 part espresso

3 coffee beans (for garnish)

30 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur

30 ml Skrewball peanut butter whiskey

30 ml vodka (try Absolut!)

30 ml espresso

3 coffee beans (for garnish)

30 oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur

30 oz Skrewball peanut butter whiskey

30 oz vodka (try Absolut!)

30 oz espresso

3 coffee beans (for garnish)

HOW TO MAKE
  1. Add the Kahlúa, vodka, espresso and peanut butter whiskey into a shaker with lots of ice.
  2. Shake for 15 – 20 seconds to build up that velvety-smooth foam.
  3. Fine strain (or strain twice) into a martini glass (don’t forget the foam!).
  4. Garnish with the coffee beans for good luck – just like you would with a classic Espresso Martini.
FUN FACT

Some people like to go the extra mile by decorating the rim – dipping it first in sugar syrup, or peanut butter, and then in toasted, smashed peanut pieces (for an added bit of crunch). Just the peanut butter works, too, for a smoother finish. The perfect final touch, if you’re trying to make an impression (oh heeeey, date night!).
