1 part Kahlúa

0.5 parts Absolut Vodka 40%

1 part Espresso

1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

15 ml Absolut Vodka 40%

30 ml Espresso

1 oz Kahlúa

0.5 oz Absolut Vodka 40%

1 oz Espresso

1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

HOW TO MAKE

Add the Kahlúa coffee liqueur, vodka and your favorite espresso into a shaker with ice.
Shake for 15 – 20 seconds (this part’s very important), for that velvety foam.
Strain into a martini or cocktail glass.
Finish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
