INGREDIENTS

30 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur

500 ml whipping cream

500 ml Condensed milk

1 teaspoon espresso powder

1 parts Kahlúa coffee liqueur

16.6 parts whipping cream

16.6 parts Condensed milk

1 teaspoon espresso powder

HOW TO MAKE
  1. Add the cream into a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.

  2. Add the condensed milk and whip it into the cream.

  3. Add the espresso powder and Kahlúa, and stir until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Freeze overnight in a freezer-friendly container (preferably with a cover!).

  5. Scoop and enjoy either by itself, or alongside your favorite dessert!

PRO TIPS

Feel free to play around with this recipe, to find your sweet spot by adjusting things like the coffee flavor and condensed milk sweetness. You’ll find it’s the perfect ice cream for Affogato Martinis.

Just remember – adding more Kahlúa will increase the time it takes to freeze (and adding too much could actually stop it from freezing!). You can always add some more when you’re serving it, should you feel like it.
